El proyecto libra, altamente publicitado de Facebook y que se basa en la creación de su propia criptomoneda ya tiene oficialmente un sitio web con un documento técnico, Criptoinforme investigo lo que el sitio tiene para ofrecer.
Tras el reciente lanzamiento de la cartera del proyecto Libra de Facebook, llamada Calibra, Facebook ya tiene disponible el sitio web de su proyecto libra. El sitio web que se lanzó hoy, también incluye su documento técnico.
El sitio web de Libra describe la próxima criptomoneda como “una moneda global simple y una infraestructura financiera que faculta a miles de millones de personas”.
“Reinventa el dinero. Transformar la economía global. Así que la gente en todas partes puede vivir una vida mejor”.
La criptomoneda se promociona a sí misma como disponible para cualquier persona con un teléfono inteligente de nivel de entrada, además de ser una stablecoin respaldada por “una reserva hecha para mantener su valor estable”. Libra también afirma que las transacciones serán rápidas y fáciles, con disponibilidad mundial. También se mencionan la escalabilidad y la seguridad.
El libro blanco (White Paper en ingles) del proyecto Libra también menciona a los miembros de la Asociación de Libra, que incluyen:

El informe explica que Libra espera agregar otros 100 miembros a la asociación, con un objetivo de 200 miembros para 2020.
Libra se describe en el documento técnico como “una criptomoneda digital estable que estará totalmente respaldada por una reserva de activos reales, la Reserva de Libra, y respaldada por una red competitiva de intercambios que compran y venden”.
Facebook continúa moviéndose agresivamente con el lanzamiento de su propia criptomoneda y también ha lanzado su propia billetera digital llamada Calibra.
